Fish & chips

Everyday on my way to Uni I pass a rather nondescript place called the Sketty Park Fish Bar. While it doesn't necessarily look appealing or appetizing (it looked semi-fishy, pun-intended), it seems to always be crowded with "locals." Tonight I decided to be a bit adventurous and check out this fish bar. I walked there, since it's only about a 10-minute stroll from the Student Village, and immediately got in line behind 4 other people. This gave me time to check out the menu before deciding on the ever-popular fish and chips. I placed my order (it only cost £3.80) and was told it may take a few minutes. Since I was rather set on having my fish and chips, I decided to wait. The wait was no longer than 5 minutes, but in that time at least 6 other customers came, oftentimes greeting the workers by name. I was asked if I wanted salt and vinegar on my cod and chips, and since it's the British way of eating this meal, I said yes. They wrapped up my fish and chips, and I went on my merry way. When I got back to my flat I snapped a few pictures of my dinner before digging in. The fish and chips were undoubtedly the best I've ever had!
My fish & chips all wrapped up!
So delicious!
